Argentium International Limited is a new company established to deliver the benefits of Argentium Silver. The award-winning silver technology is already recognised as a discovery of outstanding potential within the silver industry and is supported and endorsed by world-leading manufacturers, retailers and silversmiths. The success of Argentium Silver is based on both the opportunities it opens up for growth and revenue generation and the industry’s desire to apply technologies and processes to silver that were not previously possible. Argentium Silver was discovered by Master Silversmith Peter Johns of Middlesex University's jewellery design department. Peter Johns was conducting a series of experiments to find a solution to silver firescale when he discovered the benefits of Germanium as a component in silver alloy. Further research revealed other superior properties of the silver/germanium alloys, including high tarnish resistance and unique heat-hardening properties. With the support of Coller IP Management, Argentium International now presents the new generation of patented Silver technology.
