Jackie Maguire is the Chief Executive of Coller IP with director level experience in operations, marketing and business development. With over 20 years technology transfer, commercialisation and consultancy experience, Jackie has established Coller IP recognising the importance of protecting intangible assets within a business to increase its value.
Jackie is a physicist and chartered engineer by background with hands-on experience of R&D and R&D management. She is an enthusiastic marketer and business developer and also has hands-on experience of taking new services to market.
Jackie specialises in productising services and concentrates on pin-pointing and realising value from intangible assets. Jackie also has a wide appreciation of the issues associated with the commercialisation challenges faced by enterprises. She has extensive experience in the use and interpretation of landscape analysis. In particular, she is providing IP consultancy support to a range of clients who are in the process of change and/or making investment decisions.
Jackie has managed many projects and studies for clients in a range of industry sectors and is an experienced business management trainer, assisting directly in restructuring and the introduction of resources for the effective management of IP. She is a globally recognised IP Strategist and a founder of the International IP Strategists Association, INTIPSA
