John Roscoe has been a non-executive director of Coller IP Management since its formation. He is an experienced business psychologist having worked closely with many start ups, investors and the medical community. He has considerable recent experience working within the service sector including the financial and legal services sectors covering private equity, patent attorneys & IP, and mobile communications.
He is a chartered occupational psychologist who initially was a lecturer and researcher at the University of London but moved to consultancy some 20 years ago. His original academic interests were in decision making within professional service contexts and the relationships between decisions and the organisation’s structure and culture.
John is also an Executive Director of a highly successful and fast growing start up in the private health care sector which has seen a tenfold increase in staff numbers in the last three years.
John has particular interest and expertise in the selection and development of staff and in team selection and effectiveness .
